Lumen Histoire is…a loli in a jar. I can see why Makarov wanted to keep it a secret. Now Fairy Tail looks like a bunch of pedos.

So recap from episode 84, Erza beat Kyouka because she’s Erza. I’m serious. She was trapped inside her own mind with none of her senses and she managed to still beat Kyoka.

Shameful…I remember when Erza used to be awesome because not only was she beautiful but she was strong and didn’t get handed victories. Now…well now…she doesn’t suck but she’s not as good as she used to be.

But enough of that and let’s get down to the review.

So we start the episode with a flashback. Well technically it’s not a flashback, we’re going to what was happening while Erza was fighting Kyoka.

We have Natsu vs. Mard Geer and he’s getting his butt handed to him. Looks like that punch last episode was just lucky.

And m o help but to be fair they aren’t going to do much better. They fought Mard Geer before and he was just playing around with them.

So the three Dragon Slayers go at Mard Geer for a moment before they finally get a good hit in. In response…

So while this is happening, Igneel and Acnologia do their aerial battle and for the first time in the series.

This is serious.

So we switch back for a moment to see the other members of Fairy Tail finally defeating the Lamy clones.

Then we go through a few things: Wendy explains that there are over a thousand Faces, Gajeel and Levy leave to take Juvia and Laxus to Porlyusica so she can heal them, and Gray gets closer and closer to the fight against Mard Geer.

So back to the Dragon Slayers, Mard Geer puts down the book of END and finally gets truly serious. Then he sits down in his chair and starts owning Natsu, Sting, and Rogue from comfort.

Ah it’s so nice to be comfortable while pwning the newbs.

So Natsu manages to get him with a good shot while Sting and Rogue use Holy Shadow Dragon’s Flash Fang and…

That’s just swag right there and he hasn’t even gone into Etherious form yet.

And as the episode ends Wendy asks Warren to inform all the wizards of Fiore that they need to destroy all the Faces but his power only goes 5km…

Wait a second…

Deven converts Kilometers to miles

So it’s a little over 3 miles. Damn the metric system!

So as they wonder how they’re going to do this Makarov calls them back to the guild and says they’re going to use Lumen Histoire which is…

A loli in a jar…

And with that weird note I end the review. I can’t wait for Gray to get to the fight. He needs to show off his epic new Devil Slayer Magic.

So until the next review,
